Broadway JR - After School Program - Cancellation Policy

Course fees of $825 are payable to Moving Mirror Productions.  Participation in the program requires payment of these fees in full.  While complete payment must be made for program participation, MMP has offered the opportunity for the fees to be split into three (3)  payments of $300, $275, $250 paid by post-dated cheque.

Request for cancellation or withdrawal from the program must be made, in writing, prior to midnight, September 19, 2019.  Requests for reimbursement of course fees made by this time will be honoured, minus a processing fee equal to 10% of total program fees ($82.50). 

Any request for cancellation or withdraw from the program after this date will result in forfeiture of program fees paid to Moving Mirror Productions.

If cancellation or withdrawal from program is due to serious injury, or inability to continue in the program is due to means outside of the student’s control, Moving Mirror Productions will asses these situations on a case by case basis.

Cancellation Policy

Any request for cancellation or withdraw from the program must be made, in writing, prior to midnight, Wednesday, September 22, 2021.  Requests for reimbursement of course fees made by this time will be honoured, minus a 10% ($85) processing fee.

Any request for cancellation or withdraw from the program after this date will result in forfeiture of any program fees paid to Moving Mirror Productions.

If cancellation or withdraw from program is due to serious injury, or inability to continue in the program is due to means outside of the student’s control, Moving Mirror Productions will asses these situations on a case by case basis.

Payment Policy 

All fees ($850) are due within 7 days of registration for our program.  Failure to complete registration with payment may result in forfeiture of student's spot in the program.

Accepted forms of payment:

-eTransfers - only applicable to payments in full

-Cheques - Made out to Moving Mirror Productions - can be used for payment in full or post dated cheques

Post-Dated Cheques

While the entire course fee is due upon registration we do allow for post dated cheques to be written.  All three cheques must be received within 7 days of registration and dated accordingly

-Upon registration - $300

-November 1, 2021 - $300

-January 1, 2022 - $300
